You may wonder whether your device is properly functioning with the Circle Go system. To help you with this, the Circle Home app is now equipped with the ability to provide you with an indicator and message related to each of your Circle Go enabled devices.
To view Circle Go device statuses
Launch the Circle Home app and go to Menu >> Circle Go. From there, each device that you have installed Circle Go on will display with their unique status.
Check Circle Go installation
Meaning: There are a couple reasons why this warning may be issued. The device could be AWOL, meaning that we haven't heard from it in 24 hours, or it could be a problem with the installation of Circle Go overall. IF you see this status, check the device and reinstall the profile via MyCircle if it doesn't show "VPN" in the status bar. For more details on the status bar VPN badge, click (android) (iOS).
Circle Go not installed
Meaning: This means that an installation of Circle Go was attempted on this device, but it didn't complete for some reason. Going back through the installation of Circle Go on this device will resolve this issue.
Circle Go is disabled
Meaning: Circle Go is being evaded in some way. In some cases, the Circle Go VPN may have been disabled. On other cases, the Circle Go management profile itself may have been completely removed. These issues must be resolved for Circle Go to function properly.
