What is Premium on Circle with NETGEAR?
Circle on NETGEAR comes with basic features that are free to use. If you'd like to unlock the full potential of Circle on NETGEAR, you'll need to subscribe to use our premium features, which include setting time limits for specific categories and platforms, as well as a total time limit; creating BedTimes and other OffTimes during the day when the internet is paused; and viewing more detailed usage statistics for a profile. Please note that this subscription is specific to Circle-enabled NETGEAR routers; if you own a Circle device (our little white box), you get all of these features for no extra cost!
Upgrading to Circle Premium
The following instructions will explain how to purchase Premium for Circle on NETGEAR.
NOTE: If you have a current monthly subscription via the Google Play Store, you will need to first cancel the subscription and relaunch the Circle app to see the options shown in the steps below.
Please make sure that in-app purchases are not restricted on the device you're using to subscribe to Circle Premium!
To start your Premium subscription:
- Open the Circle app.
- Tap the "gift" icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. A screen that showcases the Premium features will appear.
- Tap Your Choice to begin the subscription process.
- Read the terms and conditions, login, and confirm the subscription. After tapping the Start 30-day Trial button for the first time, you'll see details about how the subscription will work. - You're all set! Once you see the prompt saying your purchase was successful, you're good to go! The new Premium features should appear immediately after purchase.

You can cancel the renewal of the current monthly subscription under your Google or Apple ID and switch to annual in the Circle app once that lapses.
