You may find that the subscription you purchase through Apple will complete successfully, but the Circle app will not recognize that you have already bought Circle Go. Usually, this is because the receipt of purchase did not get uploaded to our verification server, and thus Circle Go has not yet been activated. Another more common case is upon a factory reset of a Circle, as you'll need to "restore" the Circle Go purchase.
Do not fret, though! You won't be charged a second time trying to set up Circle Go, as the subscription is tied to your Apple ID. Provided you are logged in with the Apple ID you used to purchase the subscription initially with, and it's the same Circle (not a replacement), you can redo the activation of Circle Go. Simply follow the screen prompts to "Subscribe", and after logging in with your Apple ID, the app will detect a subscription is already present. Simply tap "OK" at this screen, and you should have an activated Circle Go subscription!

If you're still having issues applying this subscription to your account, or are getting an error message after trying to subscribe, you can restore your subscription purchase.
- Make sure you've updated the Circle app in the app store.
- Open the Circle app while on your home Wi-Fi.
- Tap the Menu icon.
- Tap Circle Go.
- Tap "START 1-MONTH TRIAL".
- At the bottom of the page tap "Restore Purchase" to apply the trial/subscription to your app.
