Sometimes things change and you may need to update your account info, or cancel the Circle Go subscription. We can help!
Circle Go Cancellation and Refund Policy
Circle Go subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. If you cancel your Circle Go subscription prior to the end of the current billing period, your subscription will remain active until the final day of the current billing period. At that point, your Circle Go subscription will end, and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. You will not see any further charges on your account after your Circle Go subscription is cancelled unless your subscription is reactivated.
Due to limitations related to Apple and Google in-app purchases, refunds are not available for all purchases made via the Circle app.

Where do I go to manage or cancel my subscription?
To cancel or manage your Circle Go subscription, you'll need to know where you signed up and then login and manage the subscription from there. If you signed up for the Circle Go subscription in the Circle app through your Apple ID on your iOS device you will be receiving receipt emails from Apple. Should you have signed up through Google Play on your Android device you will receive receipt emails from Google. Finally, if you signed up with us before July 25th, 2017 you signed up through our website and billing service. See instructions for managing each method below.
If you purchased Circle Go through your Apple ID
Apple manages all subscriptions that are purchased under an Apple ID in your iOS settings. Here's how to find the subscription information and change it:
- On the device that you used to sign up for your Circle Go subscription, open your iOS Settings app.
- Tap iTunes & App Store, then tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
- In the options that appear, tap View Apple ID (you might need to sign in).
- In your Account Settings, scroll down until you find the Subscriptions section, and tap Manage.
- Select your Circle Go subscription.
- To cancel turn OFF the Automatic Renewal toggle. This will cancel your subscription at the end of the current billing period.

If you purchased Circle Go through your Google Play Account
Google manages all subscriptions that are purchased under a Google Play Store Account in their respective settings. Here's how to find the subscription information and change it:
- Go to play.google.com/store/account
- To update the payment information: tap "Update" next to your Circle Go subscription.
- To cancel subscription renewal: tap "Cancel Subscription" next to your Circle Go subscription.

If you purchased Circle Go through our website (before July 25th, 2017)
To cancel your Circle Go subscription you can login here using the email you used to sign up. (This email will also be the one that receives your subscription receipts.) If you have any issues logging in click "Sign in without typing your password" and enter the email address that receives your subscription receipt emails. Then check that email for a login link.
Once you've logged in you can manage your payment method or cancel your Circle Go subscription. To cancel your subscription click the "Cancel" option shown in the same line as your plan details. Should this be your first time logging in, you'll need to confirm the subscription before cancelling.
I'm not able to login or can't find the information I need
Should you be unable to find your subscription under your Apple ID or Google Play account and you are still getting charged for Circle Go it is likely you signed up directly through our website. Check out the section above if so.
