It may be that during the Account Setup process in the Circle app, you are receiving this error message when you enter your name and email address:
This error is displayed when your name and email are placed in the incorrect boxes. To fix this:
- Place your NAME in the top box
- Place your EMAIL in the bottom box
- Ensure that your email is properly formed (email@example.com).
NOTE: Email addresses that are not formed in this way cannot be processed.
