Are you seeing two subscriptions and charges from Circle under your Google Play or Apple ID? This might occur for a couple of reasons.
Why are there two charges under my account?
You might see two different subscriptions for your Circle account if you signed up for both the annual and monthly versions of our subscriptions for Circle on NETGEAR or Circle Parental Controls.
You can check for this under your Apple account or Google account. Use those links to check for your subscriptions and cancel your renewal if necessary.
Were you charged for a subscription twice? You can work with Apple or Google support to request a refund.

If made via a Google in-app subscription or purchase use the chat bot here to make that request or learn more about refunds from Google Play here.
Apple Subscription Refunds

Circle on NETGEAR
There are two subscriptions available currently for Circle on NETGEAR users:
- Circle on NETGEAR Premium (available at a monthly or annual renewal)
- Circle Go (requires the Premium subscription for use)
Circle's subscriptions for Circle on NETGEAR Premium and Circle Go will appear very similar under your Apple ID or Google Play subscriptions. These subscriptions will appear on your account as two separate in-app purchases and will be charged separately.
I don't want Circle Go, how can I get rid of that?
If you accidentally subscribed to Circle Go as well as Circle on NETGEAR Premium, or you no longer want that product you'll need to cancel your renewal for the most recently made subscription.
I'd like to use Circle Go without the Premium subscription, is that possible?
At this time the Circle on NETGEAR Premium subscription is required for the use of Circle Go. Each subscription will appear as two separate charges on your account.
