📒Note: As of 4/10/2019, the Circle Go subscription is no longer available for sale. For more information, please review our Notice Regarding Circle Go Availability.
Are you seeing two subscriptions and charges from Circle under your Google Play or Apple ID? Not to worry, we aren't double charging you!
Why are there two charges under my account?
Circle's subscriptions for Circle on NETGEAR Premium and Circle Go will appear very similar under your Apple ID or Google Play subscriptions. It's not possible to set up the same subscription for the same product twice in either store. If you see two subscriptions appear you've subscribed to Circle on NETGEAR Premium and Circle Go. These subscriptions will appear on your account as two separate in-app purchases and will be charged separately.
I don't want Circle Go, how can I get rid of that?
If you accidentally subscribed to Circle Go as well as Circle on NETGEAR Premium, or you no longer want that product you'll need to cancel your renewal for the most recently made subscription. Unfortunately, neither the App Store or Google Play allow us the ability to name these in-app subscriptions differently. Just make sure to cancel whichever subscription appears to have been made first, since you can't use Circle Go without a Circle on NETGEAR Premium subscription. If Circle Go is cancelled it must be renewed in the Google Play or Apple settings for your account's subscriptions. It cannot be renewed through the app at this time.
I'd like to use Circle Go without the Premium subscription, is that possible?
At this time the Circle on NETGEAR Premium subscription is required for the use of Circle Go. Each subscription will appear as two separate charges on your account.
