Whatsapp Tracking Issues
Due to recent changes in the service, the WhatsApp Platform is no longer being tracked or managed consistently by Circle.
Usage and History for WhatsApp may not appear for a profile, and Time Limits and Filters for WhatsApp or its 'parent' category (Chat and Forums) will not work consistently to manage access to the service.
If a profile is on a BedTime, OffTime, or Pause, Circle can successfully block video calls, voice calls, and images sent with WhatsApp, but text-only conversations may still work.
There is no resolution at this time as of yet. Our team is working to better understand and resolve this issue.
