Are you receiving an error or message that the Circle Go VPN is in a "bad state" or that The new MDM payload does not match the old payload"? You may need to uninstall and reinstall MyCircle and Circle Go on the device with this issue. It's likely that there was a connection issue during your installation.
📒Note: Before proceeding make sure to reboot your device that you are installing Circle Go on and that it is connected to the same WiFi as your Circle.
Remove Circle Go from device:
- On your iPhone, open Settings >> General >> Device Management >> Circle Go.
- Tap Circle Go.
- Tap Remove Management.
- Enter your passcode if it is asked for.
- Tap Remove Management.
Remove Circle Go Enablement:
- Open up the Circle app on your management device.
- Open the Menu and tap Circle Go.
- Tap and slide left on device name, then Delete.
Remove device from Circle devices:
- Open the Circle app
- Tap the device list in the top right
- Find the device with this issue and tap on it
- Tap "Remove device from Circle"
- Connect the device to your home WiFi: the device will connect and be assigned to the Home profile by default
- Open the Circle app and then the device list
- Tap on the device
- Tap "Assigned to..." and select the correct profile
Reinstall Circle Go:
- Connect the phone to the home WiFi that is managed by Circle.
- Uninstall and then reinstall the MyCircle app.
- Open the MyCircle app.
- Tap Enable Circle Go and follow the prompts.
