Privacy Requests

 

Wondering about how Circle handles your privacy? Want to unsubscribe from our emails? Need to delete your account info? We're glad to assist!

How does Circle handle my data?

Circle is committed to handling your data with care. Please refer to Circle End User License Agreement and Privacy Policy for more detail on how Circle manages the data we collect.

Unsubscribe from all Circle emails

To unsubscribe, find any email from Circle and find the "Unsubscribe from our emails" link at the bottom. You can search for @meetcircle.com in your email to quickly find a Circle message.

If you are unable to unsubscribe (because you can't find an email from Circle), please let us know by using one of the contact methods at the bottom of this page, or by sending your request to privacy@meetcircle.com.

Deleting your Circle account

If you would like to delete your Circle account, here are a couple of steps you can take to do so:

  1. If you still are able to log in to your account through the Circle App, open the app, tap the menu button in the top left, then tap Settings, then "Reset Account." This will reset all account information from our system.
  2. If you have a Circle Home Plus device in your home, we recommend that you factory reset it manually using this guide.
  3. To request a full deletion of your account data from Circle systems in accordance with your rights under the EU's GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) laws or comparable regulation, please submit your request to privacy@meetcircle.com with the nature of your request and the email account used to create your Circle account. Our team will work with you to locate your account and fulfill your request in a timely manner.
