Symptoms:
Circle has become aware of an issue with DISH Network subscribers where every day, multiple unknown devices appear under the Home Profile. These devices will continue to appear on a daily basis and may cause eventual stability issues, as well as an inability to enroll new Circle Go devices. A device named “Hopper_ETH0 (Hopper_ETH0, EchoStar) - “ or “Joey_MoCA (Joey_MoCA, EchoStar) -” also appears in the device list.
Resolution:
When these devices appear under the Home Profile, they must be manually removed via the Circle app by going to Home Profile > Devices and manually deleting each unknown device. New unknown devices will continue to appear on a daily basis and must continue to be deleted manually.
This is an identified compatibility issue and there are no plans for resolution at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
