Contacting Circle Technical Support
If you've searched above and can't find what you need, please use the buttons at the bottom of this page to get in contact with us. If you need support for Circle on NETGEAR choose "I have a NETGEAR device". If you are using the Circle Home device choose "I have a Circle device".
After doing so you will see options for email, chat, and our phone number. Our hours for support are the following (listed in PST):
- Monday - Friday: 7 AM to 8 PM
- Saturday - Sunday: 8 AM to 4 PM
