Are you trying to set up a second Circle, perhaps at home or another location? If so you'll need to use another admin device to manage it, and a separate Circle account.
Currently, the Circle app can only manage one Circle device at a time. If you've got two Circles, you'll need to have a version of the Circle Home App on a separate Admin Device (iOS or Android) managing Circle separately from other Circle's. This means that no settings on one Circle will apply to another Circle.
Additionally, only one Circle device can be set up on a single Circle account at a time. If you are a Gmail user, you can create a new account by adding a "+1" after the email's user and before the "@" symbol. (Example: email@example.com). This means you'd want to have the second admin device ready to go.
