We are so excited that you have chosen Circle to manage your family's online experience. We've created this Quick Start Guide with relevant videos and links to help you set up Circle and get back to your day.
Get the App
To start using Circle, you'll need the app. Get that here or search your app store for "Circle Parental Controls".
Installing the Circle Parental Controls App requires either of the following mobile operating systems:
- iOS version 10 or greater
- Android version 5.0 or greater

Create your Circle Account
To start using Circle, you'll need to create an account. This account will sync all your profile settings, data, and preferences to the cloud to better your experience! Check out the video below to get your Circle account set up.

Set up the App
In order to manage your children's internet usage across Wi-Fi and 4G/LTE connections, you will need to install the Circle app on both your device and your children's mobile devices. The video below shows how to get a kid device all set up. (You'll set up Circle Home Plus later to manage any devices at home on your network.)

Set up Circle Home Plus
Circle Home Plus pairs with your home network and can manage the online activity for any connected device on your home network. Below, you will find two videos for easy Circle Home Plus setup.
For the best network performance, we recommend pairing Circle Home Plus over Ethernet and adding Wi-Fi as a backup in case something happens with the Ethernet cable.
