Getting Started with Circle Parental Controls and Circle Home Plus
We put together this Quick Start Guide just for you. It’ll make set up simple and quick (like it should be), so that you can get to the important stuff, like managing online time and content for your family.

Get the App
First, download the Circle App here or search your app store for "Circle Parental Controls.” Install the Circle Parental Controls App on either of the following mobile operating systems:
- iOS version 13 or greater
- Android version 6.0 or greater

Create your Circle Account
To start, you'll need to create your account. This account saves your profile settings, data, and preferences in our system. Check out this article to learn more about how to set up your Circle account. You can find troubleshooting for sign-up and login issues here.
Set up Circle Home Plus
Circle Home Plus pairs with your home Wi-Fi network and manages online activity for any connected device on your home network. Watch our videos for easy Circle Home Plus set up. For the best network performance, pair Circle Home Plus over Ethernet and add Wi-Fi as a backup.

Setting up a family member profiles
To manage your kids’ internet access on mobile devices across both Wi-Fi and data connections, install the Circle app on both your own device and your kids’ mobile devices.
