Refund policy for subscriptions that come with Circle Home Plus
Most Circle Home Plus device purchases include a Circle app subscription bundled in for free. In this case, the Circle Home Plus device and app subscription are subject to Circle's return policy.
What you can expect when cancelling a Circle subscription
If you pay monthly for your subscription to the Circle App, you may cancel at any time. If you cancel your Circle subscription prior to the end of the current billing period, your subscription will remain active until the final day of the current billing period.
At that point, your subscription will end and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. You will not see any further charges on your account after your Circle subscription is canceled unless your subscription is reactivated.
Due to Apple in-app purchase policies, Circle can not issue refunds for purchases made via the Circle App. See the below for more info.
Circle App Subscription Refunds
The Circle support team is unable to view, access, or modify any financial transactions from Apple in-app subscriptions for security and privacy reasons. Instead, we'd ask that you reach out to the appropriate support team for your subscription to request any refunds.
Google Subscription Refunds
If made via a Google in-app subscription or purchase use the chat bot here to make that request or learn more about refunds from Google Play here. If Google is unable to assist you, please reach out to the Circle Support team with your GPA.# from the Google Play Store receipt.
