Refund Policy for Circle Subscriptions

Refund policy for subscriptions that come with Circle Home Plus 

Most Circle Home Plus device purchases include a Circle app membership bundled in for free. In this case, the Circle Home Plus device and app subscription are subject to Circle's return policy.

Refund policy for month-to-month subscriptions

If you pay monthly for your subscription to the Circle App, you may cancel at any time. If you cancel your Circle subscription prior to the end of the current billing period, your subscription will remain active until the final day of the current billing period.

At that point, your subscription will end and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. You will not see any further charges on your account after your Circle subscription is canceled unless your subscription is reactivated.

Due to Apple and Google in-app purchase policies, Circle can not issue refunds for purchases made via the Circle App. See the below for more info.

Circle App Subscription Refunds

The Circle support team is unable to view, access, or modify any financial transactions from Apple or Google in-app subscriptions for security and privacy reasons. Instead, we'd ask that you reach out to the appropriate support team for your subscription to request any refunds.

You can request a refund for an Apple in-app subscription or purchase by following the guidance here.

Refund policy for annual Circle subscriptions

If you purchased an annual subscription for Circle through meetcircle.com, you may contact Circle Support for a full refund during the first 30 days of the subscription.
