Addressing Multiple Circle Products on the Same Network

Circle and Circle-related products that manage the home Wi-Fi are designed to work on their own. It's possible, however, that you may have more than one of these products trying to manage your home Wi-Fi at the same time. This can cause issues with Circle's management of your network or impact the network's overall performance.

To address this issue:

  1. Ensure that you know which Circle product you want to manage your home Wi-Fi.
  2. Use the instructions below to disable any other Circle or Circle-related products to prevent them from negatively impacting your network.

 

How to disable Circle with Disney devices

  1. Remove both the Ethernet and power cables from the Circle with Disney device.
  2. Press and hold the power button for ~10 seconds. (LEARN MORE)
  3. Confirm that the light on the back of Circle turns completely off.

How to disable Circle Home Plus devices

  1. Remove both the Ethernet and power cables from the Circle Home Plus device.
  2. Press and hold the power button for ~10 seconds. (LEARN MORE)

How to disable Familymode Home Base devices

  1. Remove both the Ethernet and power cables from the Familymode Home Base device.
  2. Press and hold the power button for ~10 seconds. (LEARN MORE)
  3. Confirm that the light on the back of Home Base turns completely off.

 

How to disable Sky Broadband Buddy

  1. Launch the Sky Broadband Buddy app.
  2. Go to Menu >> Settings >> Remove Broadband Buddy Hub.
