Microsoft services are used for connecting online over video, chat, or for file sharing. Increasingly, Microsoft's services are being used for online classrooms and remote education. Read on how to unblock these services for your profiles below.

Setting up additional Custom Filters
Want to make sure all Skype, Teams, or other Microsoft service links work to load? You may need to add the additional domains as Allowed using a Custom Filter.
- microsoft.com
- skype.com
- skypeassets.com
Still not able to load a Microsoft service? Try setting up other Custom Filters from the History feature >> under the Visited or Filtered views, or try from the Usage feature by tapping on the URL you want to unblock and selecting the Set As Allowed or Unmanaged options.
Unmanaging Microsoft sites completely
As a last resort, you can set up microsoft.com, skype.com, and skypeassets.com as a Custom Filter that is Unmanaged. This will make sure any websites that use those domains will always be available, even during a Bed Time, Focus Time, Time Limit being reached, etc. To do so:
- Open the Circle app and then tap on the profile you'd like to create that Custom Filter for.
- Tap on Filter.
- Tap on the Custom Sites view, then tap Add a Custom Website.
- Add the above-mentioned urls, tap Done. Tap on the Allowed toggle twice to switch it to Unmanaged.
- Tap Save to complete the changes.
