Discount code not working or did not apply?

Ordering a Circle Home Plus device and trying to use a discount code but that isn't working? Please keep in mind the following:

  • Make sure the code is applicable to your order. Please note: The 3-month Circle Home Plus bundle is not eligible for any discount codes unless explicitly stated.
  • Double check the code is still active by referring to your email or where you originally found it and noting the expiration date.
  • Try a different browser or clearing your browser cache.

Known issue with "Express Checkout" options

We're aware of an issue where customers checking out with Amazon Pay, Paypal, or Shop Pay do not see the code they used apply to their order. To avoid this issue, please check out using the normal method and not those options. If you've seen this issue on your order, feel free to reach out to our support team to let us know.
