- Make sure the code is applicable to your order. Please note: The 3-month Circle Home Plus bundle is not eligible for any discount codes unless explicitly stated.
- Double check the code is still active by referring to your email or where you originally found it and noting the expiration date.
- Try a different browser or clearing your browser cache.
Known issue with "Express Checkout" options
We're aware of an issue where customers checking out with Amazon Pay, Paypal, or Shop Pay do not see the code they used apply to their order.
