Some Circle subscriptions can be started using an activation code. If you purchase a recurring subscription, you will receive an email with an activation code. This allows you to get started using the Circle app even before you receive your Circle Home Plus device. This code is a unique, single use code that you can enter in the app to easily activate your account and get started with all of the premium features Circle has to offer.
Where can I find my activation code?
Your activation code will be delivered by email to the email address you used to purchase your Circle Home Plus device and subscription.
What if I cannot find my activation code?
Not all Circle Subscriptions come with an activation code. If you believe you are missing your activation code and cannot begin your subscription, contact support (here).
If your subscription does not require an activation code, you can skip this step and follow the instructions in the app to get started using Circle. Click the No button on the activation code screen and continue with the setup.
What if my activation code does not work?
Activation codes are unique and intended for single use only. If your activation code has not been previously used and you continue to get errors when you try to enter the code in the app, contact Circle support and they will help reset the code.
How do I know if my subscription requires an activation code?
Not all subscriptions need an activation code to get started. If your account requires a code, you will receive activation instructions by email at the time of purchase. This email is in addition to your Order Confirmation email. If you do not get an email with a code, your subscription does not require one to be activated. Click No on the activation code screen and continue with the signup process.
