Due to recent changes in the service, WhatsApp does have a known issue where iOS devices will still send WhatsApp messages several minutes after even if there is a filter or time limit in place. Usage is accurate for the app, and calling is filtered correctly. Android devices do not have this same issue.
There is no resolution at this time as of yet. Our team is working to better understand and resolve this issue.
