Due to recent changes in the service, the WhatsApp Platform is no longer being tracked or managed by Circle properly.
Usage and History for WhatsApp may not appear when in use on a profile, and Time Limits for WhatsApp or its 'parent' category (Chat and Forums) will not work to manage access to the service and it may work after BedTime or during OffTime. You should still be able to apply a Pause to stop WhatsApp access.
There is no resolution at this time as of yet. Our team is working to better understand and resolve this issue.
